We notice a letter in last Friday's Herald from the Napier agents of the KZ S.N. Company, referring to an erroi in our paper of the day be foie, and charging us with taking " unwairantable liberty " with their names. We think it strange that Mr Kinross should publish that letter after having called at our office and having the circu instances of the error explained to him, being assured at the same time that it was (what everyone will be ready to believe) a mera typographical mistake. While we regret that it should have occurred, and especially if any inconvenience should have arisen from it, we must say that it could not have happened if the Company's agents had supplied us with the requisite information at the time it was sent <"0 our contemporary, who, by the way, had in his "shipping intelligence " in Tuesday's issue fallen into the same error, and notified the Rangatira as a projected departure for Auckland on Thursday, 10th inst. The personal feeling displayed in treating the error as intentional is beneath contempt.
