N.B.—Volunteers have the option of appearing in uniform, 488 _LM suant to the Bankruptcy Act, 1807, a certain deed, dated the 24th day of De cember, 1869, and made between Samuel Begg, of Napier, in the Provir.ce of Hawke's Bay, Merchant, of the first part, John Gibson Kinkoss, of the same place, ftlerchant, and Edw xni> Lyndon, also of the same place, Accountant, and the several persons parties thereto creditors of the paid Samuel Begg, of the third part, being a Deed of Conveyance and Assign ment by the said Samuel Begg for the equal benefit of all his creditors of all his real and personal estate (except as therein mentioned) was executed by the said Samuel BEGG, and that his execution was attested by Brooke Tatlob, of Napier aforesaid, Solicitor: And further notice is given that pursuant to the said Act the said Deed has this day been filed in the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Napier. J. N. WILSON, Solicitor to the said Trustees. I hereby certify that the above Deed of ponveyance and Assignment duly attested was this day filed in the Supremo Court at Napier.
