A large immigration of Austrians had prrived at San Francisco. Serious election troubles were expected to occur in North* Caralina. '• The reyolution in Uruguay is increasing- -- deviating flood had occurred in Oneida County by which immense damage has been done. A dreadful accident has taken place »n she Erie Railroad by a passenger car taking fire. Nine persons were burned to s?sth, 8»4 many others severely injured.
