OPENING OF THE ASSEMBLY.
The General Assembly of New Zealand will be opened for the. despatch of business to-morrow, and the session, we need hardly say, bids fair to be a stormy one. The Hawke's Bay members took their departure for Wellington by the Lord Ashley yesterday , as also a number of Auckland members. His Excellency the Go\ ernor will not be present at the opening of the Assembly; he will, however, be in Wellington about the 10th June.
