It is rumored that the latest despatches received by Sir Geo. Bowen from home ai e to the effect that the Home Government will not afford vis help either in men, money, or materials. The Queen's supremacy, far from being insisted on, will be conceded, and it is proposed to give the Maori King a separate principality and independent dominion in New Zealand.
