TOTAL WRECK OF THE SHIP St. VINCENT, IN PALLISER BAY, AND LOSS OF LIFE. Feb. 16, 7 p.m. The Evening Post's. Extra of this evening says :

The ship St. Vincent, Captain Barron, which sailed from this pert on Saturday for Lyttelton in ballast, went ashore in Palliser Bay at 10 p.m. on Sunday, and became a total wreck. The captain and one passenger were drowned, and all the crew, with the exception ol the chief mate and sailmaker. The news was brought to town by the mate; the sailmaker having remained to take charge of what may be saved from the wreck,
