Trimmer, from Auckland via Wangapoa and East Coast, with 41.000 feet timber, 6 tons flour, order. Passengers —3. —Master, agent. ARRIVAL OF THE SUCCESS. Thu clipper schooner Success, Captain J. Trimmer, arrived in port at an early hour on Friday morning last, from Auckland via Wangapoa and the f'gst Coast. Left Auckland on the 20th ult., and arrived at Wangapoa on the 22nd. Took In a cargo of timber. and left on the 30th, having been detalnod several days through stress of weather. Called in at several places on the coast, landing cargo, and arrived in port :ia above. Strong B.W. and N.W. winds were experienced during the passage. As will bo seen by advertisement, this favorite vessel is on the berth for Auckland direct, to sail to-morrow. She will call in at the Thames should sufficient inducement offer. MISCELLANEOUS. Thk Majita.— 'The cutter Mahia, Wm. Baxter, master, left Napier for Wairoa with full general cargo on Sunday, 22nd ult. Had light north-east w ind all the wav down—entering the Wairoa river on Tuesday, ?4th. On Wednesday and Thursday discharged cargo; and on Friday took In about 30) bushels maize. Proceeded down to the heads, but Hie bar was not in a fit state to cross. Remained there bar-heund until last Wednesday, on which day she crossed the bar iu safety, and left for Napier. Experienced strong W. and S.W. winds —arriving in port at 10 a.m. last Thursday. The Mahia returns to Wairoa to-morrow. TIIP. Domhin.— The cutter Dolphin, Schon, master. left Napier on the 25th ult.. and arrived at Wairoa on the 27th, wind strong from the \.R. all the time. Left again at 730 a rn. on Saturday Isat, experienced heavy sou-westerly weather, and arrived iu harbor at midnight Cargo—2oo bushels maize, Schon: 20 tons firewood, Caulton It will ta seen that the Dolphin leaves again for Wairoa on Wednesday next.
The cutter Miranda, Judd, master, sailed for Auckland ou Thursday last, with a cargo of potatoes.
ihe schooner Annie, from Mohaka, arrived in port yesterday afternoon. We learn that the Star of the South leaves for Nelson to-morrow.
