I, JOSEPH RHODES, Deputy-Superin-of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim that a sale of Crown Lands will take place at the Crown Lands Oiilce, Napier, on Wednesday, 26th Jnne, 1867, at noon precisely, when the allotments of; land specified in the Schedule hereunto annexed, except such as may bo reserved under the provision herinafter mentioned, and which have been duly certified by the Commissioner of Crown Lands on the application of intending purchasers as being unavailable for agricultural purposes, will be put up to public auction at the upset price of os. per acre, in accordance with the Land Regulations of the 4th March, 18c3, and the additional Regulations for the amendment and extension of the said Regulations recommended by theSupermteudeat and the Council for the Province of Wellington (Session 2) to the Governor. If at any time during the sale it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient for the public service to reserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said Schedule, or to vary the order m which they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so. RELI MI N ATI Y NOTICE The following BLOCKS of LAND, chiefly Agricultural, will be offered lor Sale by the Provincial Government;—■ 1. A Block at or near the entrance to the 10-mile Bush, comprising about 5,000 acres. 2. A Block of 12,000 acres at Table Cape. 3. Suburban Allotments at the Ngaru roro Bridge. jt. 500 acres of Agricultural Laud at Vf aikari. 5. 800 acres of Rural Land at Te Wai 6. 400 acres of Bush Land at the Pobui. 7 Block containing 1,905 acres of rich Agricultural Land, situated on the main line of road and in the centre of the Aburiri Plains, distant about 2 miles south of the Town of Havelock, and about 16 miles from the Town of Napier. This Block is admirably adapted for agricultural purposes. 8. 4,5h0 acres of good Grazing Land at Waikari. The size of the several allotments in each of the Blocks spcciliod, and date of sale, will be duly notified in the ‘Provincial Government Gazette.’ Block 7 will be laid off into sections varying from iO to 200 acres.
