Government Land Sale. —The salo of sections having frontage to Byrou-st. took place at th.o Crown Lands Otllce, Napier, at noon on the 29th ult., —Mr John Stuart officiating a* auctioneer. The attendance was exceedingly final], and the bidding fiat. But three sections found purchasers, viz., Nos 54i, 515, and 546, at£llo, £76, and XS4 17s fid rcspectivelv,—the total sum realised being £-70 17s 6J.
