Ar.L persons who may be desirous of bringing out K elutions or Friends—or Settlers '•1:0 wish to bring out Shepherds, Laborers, or Mechanics, to bo selected by their correspondents in Great Britain and Ireland, v. ill be enabled to do so on the following tonus. Ary householder or other person who .-hall by surety or otherwise give guliijcicwt security lor the repayment of passage money, shall be entitled after signing .pr« nussory notes for the amount of such i !>a>?age, to apply to the Immigration Agent at Napier, giving the name and ;u.d:ess of the person or persons whom they desire to bring out, and on so doing the Provincial Agent in London will be instructed to provide a passage to Napier, giving for each Immigrant at a rate not exceeding LIS per adult. Promissory Notes for a like amount will a.so have to be given by intending . mmigranls to the Provincial Agent in tion. If the person coming, or his Agent, accepts of a passage and refuses or neglects ro avail himself thereof after notice has been given in writing that tire vessel is to sail, the tarty so doing shall be liable to forfeit hall ol tin? passage money. In the event of death on the voyage half only of the passage money shall be charged.
