THE WEEKLY TIMES. IMPORTANT NOTICE! In consequence of the imposition of the Postal rate on Newspapers, the Publisher of the TIMES has resolved upon commencing the new year by the re-issue of the WEEKLY EDITION of the TIMES, which plan, it will be remembered, was adopted during the period in which a postal rate was formerly charged. This will reduce the Postal Tax by one-half. And, farther, he would intimate to his Friends and Subscribers that in all cases where pre-payment, of the Subscription is made, the Postal Tax will fee borne by the Proprietor, and not charged. As, however, the purchase of stamps involves a large outlay of ready paid subscriptions. All such will observe that the postage of Is Id per quarter will be added to the amount of their accounts when rendered.
