Htthaea Eeskrte.—A Provincial Government Gazette, published on Friday last, 16th November, contains the following:—ln the list of agricultural sections for sale at Nuhaka, advertised to take place on the 20th Decmber, section No. 1,37 acres, has been altered to 20 acres, upset price £2o——section having been reduced to- 20 acres in consequence of 17 acres being reserved from sale. All the sections named are subject to a right of road being taken through them. Petajte Potto).—The stockyard at Petane has been proclaimed a public pound, and Mr Albert Tuxford has been appointed pouadkeeper, -
