Chief Post Office, Napier, ~ „ 24th September, 1866. Mails Close— Bor Wellington aud Southern Provinces, per N.Z.S.N. Co.’s s.s. Wellington, on Saturday, 29th Sept., at eleven ami. For the United Kingdom, via Panama; also for the British American Colonies, the United States, and other countries of North and South America, the mails for conveyance per Royal Mail steamship Kaikoura, from At ellington, will close at the Chief Post Office, Eastern Spit, Napier, on Saturday, 29th September, at eleven tun. C - Money Orders will be granted, and Registered Letters received up till Friday, 28th mst., at 5 p.m. For Tauranga and Auckland, per P., N.Z., and A.E.M. Co.’s s.s. Lord Ashley, on Wednesday, 3rd October, at eleven a.m. PETER BOUEKE, Chief Postmaster.
