The names of Persons whose Christian Names or Places of Abode, or the nature of whose Qualifications shall bo wholly ommitted, where by law required to be specified in the List, or whose Place of Abode or the nature or description of whose qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expuged; unless the matter so omitted or insufficiently described be supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer, before, he shall have completed the Revising of such List of Voters.
