Sie George Ahnet. —We observe from our Auckland files that his Honor Chief Justice Sir George Arney left that place in tlio ‘ Prince Alfred’ on the 30th ult., en ■■.• aide for England via Sydney and the Suez line. Sir George proceeds to the mother country for the purpose of recruiting his health, which, we regret to say, has suffered much during a long course of public duty, which he Las ever satisfactorily performed. We wish him a hearty Goo speed ; and trust soon to have to chronicle his arrival at the seat of his former labors, iu good health and ro-’ novated spirits.
