[To the Editor of the Hawke's Bay Times.') Sin, —When is our worthy Superintendent going to call a public meeting to consider what is to be done in this Province with regard to the New Zealand Patriotic Fund ? Almost every other Province has done something in the mutter, and why should Hawke’s Bay, which is looked upon as being one of the most flourishing districts ia these fair islands, be the lust? —i am, &c., A Woei/d-ee Subscribes.
