ENTLEMEN, —I have to thank you for once more re-electing me to a seat in our Provincial Council. I had supposed, when I recently resigned, that you would not again call upon me to serve you, and I had made accordingly my own private arrangements; but now that you have been pleased to call me out once more to active service, I must try and do my best as heretofore. As there is still a seat vacant in the Provincial Council, which in a few days you will be called on to fill, allow me to suggest that you choose for that purpose a EEsidbht townsman, —one who will both know our wants and heartily co-operate with its (your Members) in looking after your interests.
