TAKE NOTICE that the time haring expired for which X agreed to depasture the Sheep and Horses mentioned in the return below written, I cannot continue to depasture the same. _ Further take notice that I shall be ready to deliver over the said Sheep and Horses on the fifteenth dty of March nest at the yards on Messrs Canning and Bussell's Station, situate at Oakbournc, in the Porangahau District. And further that in the event of no person attending to take delivery of the said Sheep and Horses, I shall proceed to a Sale thereof by Public Auction, at such time as shall bo advertised in the public papers published in Hawke’s Bay, and shall hold the proceeds for the benefit of the said James Chapman.
