And further that in the event of no person attending to take delivery of the said Sheep and Horses, I shall proceed to a Sale thereof by Public Auction, at such time as shall bo advertised in the public papers published in Hawke’s Bay, and shall hold the proceeds for the benefit of the said James Chapman.
