Chief Post Office, Napier, Ist January, 1863. Mails Close— For Auckland, per N.Z. Co.’s steamer on Saturday, 6th January, 1866, at 11 a. in. For .Europe, Australian Colonies, Southern Provinces, &e., per s.s. Lord Ashley, on Sunday, 7lh January, 1806, at 10 am. Money order lists will close at 3 p.m. on Saturday, 6th January, 1866. Letters for registration should be posted at the Chi ef office on or before U a.m. on the 7th. Let ters posted at the branch office, Shakespeare-road, should not be later than 9 a.m. PETEE BOTJEKE, Chief Postmaster.
