Are they published in any form ? Are they sold to the public ? or are they simply distributed in a private manner, but at the pi blic expense, to the disinterested patriots who are strolling about the Province, during the absence of Mr Colenso, to seek signatures to the requisition for substituting Mr M' Lean in Ms seat for the General Assembly 1 Possibly a counter requisition might be obtained, if we could only get a list of electors.—l am, i§ c., IfAm Play.
