IlaiM glorious Levy, Judah's gallant son, Wljo rescued from a vile and savage race. * mi paulk'd their sanguinary jaws of one ’ 3fsoge thankless conduct stamps him void of grace. What! not acknowledge thy important aid That saved him when e'en hope of life had flown ? No matter. Levy; that great deed will plead In thy behalf before Jelmvah’s throne. - .Oh, qould I.but a lash of scorpions bring To scourge ingratitude aud grasping greed, The saintly locusts well should feel my sting, Till from the iacubjis our chosen hind is freed.
