THE Hawke's Bay Times. NAPIER, WEDNESDAY, Bth FEBRUARY, 1865.

By the s.s. Lady Bird, we have our usual files of papers from the West Coast and the Southern Provinces. The principal items of news have relation to the recent outbreak of the rebels at Wanganui, particulars of which will be found in another column. Owing to our endeavor to give as full particulars of this affair as possible, and further extracts from the home journals, we have kept back our usual leading article on tins occasion.
