IN CONSEQUENCE of the recently imposed Postage tax ou Newspapers transmitted by Mail, the Proprietor of THE HAWKE’S BAY TIMES has determined on publishing A WEEKLY EDITION FOB COUNTRY CIRCULATION. This Edition will he published in time for transmission by the inland mails, and will contain the original matter, correspondence, commercial and general intelligence, to the hour of going to press, and the advertisements of the ordinary edition. Terms, including postage:—7s. 6d. per quarter in advance. No. 1 will be published in time for the first inland mail in February.
