Ca ’t- Vine Hale. —We understand that Capt. Vine Hall has arrived at Auckland, and that he intends coming to Wellington in the Egmont. The Egmont is to take the place of the Lord Ashley on the East Coast, the latter vessel proceeding to Sydney.
