MARSHALL, feeling that the time has arrived when another School is needed at Napier, begs leave to inform his friends that .he will be prepared to receive pupils on the Ist of January next at his house on the hill, where they will have the benefit of a salubrious and ample plaj’ground. The course of instruction proposed will embrace a sound English education, together with Eronch (with Parisian accent), German, Latin, and drawing and sketching from nature. Terms : for day scholars, £2 to £4 '(?- quarter, acccording to age and capability—for Boarders’ £SO annum.
