Strayed INTO my Stables, on the 23th November, A BLACK HORSE, branded SH or on near shoulder, stands 15£ hands, and is about 6 years old. The owner can have him by paying expenses incurred ; but if not claimed on or before 12 o’clock on the 17th December nest, he will be sold to defray said expenses. TAKE NOTICE that I, the undersigned, Sam uel Hameling, intend to erect a dividing fence between my section, being part of Block No. 47, and those above-named, in conformity with the Act of the Provincial Council of the Province of Wellington, Session I, No. 13, and I hereby require you to asist in erecting the said dividing fence within thirty-one days from this date, otherwise I shall proceed to erect the same, and call upon you for payment of one-half the cost of erecting or making the whole of such dividing fence.
