Major Dwyer inspected the Defence Force and Military Settlers on Tuesday last, and in a neat and appropriate speech complimented them and their officers upon their clean and soldierly appearance. As will be seen from our advertising columns, the Devising Officer will hold his CourCfor the'revision of the Electoral Rolls of Napier and Clive, at the Court-house, today.
