It shall be distinctly understood that in all cases the articles are to bo of the best description ; and should any had or faulty articles be furnished by the contractor, no payment will be made for the same, and they will have to take them back at their own expense, and supply a good article in their place; failing which, the Provincial Government may order them to be procured at the expense of the contractor wherever they can be obtained.
