Tkiphook Esq., at his Auction Mart, on FRIDAY, 22nd MAY at 2 o'clod p.m., — ALL THAT PORTION of LAND with the Office and Dwelling-house thereon erected at present in the occupation of H. Goulstone Esq., comprising—--1 quarter of an acre or thereabouts as fenced in, having a frontage of feet to Shakespeare Road by a depth of feet, as shewn on Plan to be seen at the Auctioneer’s office, and being portions of Suburban Sections Nos. 75 and 76 in the Town of Napier—subject to a rental of Sixteen Pounds Sixteen Shillings (£l6 165.) per annum to the Napier Building Society, which will absolutely cease within six years.
