[VIA SUEZ.] London, 3rd February. 5 - 20 p.m. It is reported that the Republican members of the Senate have, by deputation, expressed want of confidence in Lincoln’s administration. Ihe issue of one hundred and eighty millions of State Bonds has been authorized, and also the issue of twenty millions of legal tender notes. The premium on gold has now advanced to 48. The confederate steamer Alabama has captured the Californian mail steamer, having one million and a half of dollars in specie on board. The Emperor Napoleon has again offered to mediate. The defences of Beauregard are said to be very formidable against the threatened attack on Charleston and Wilmington. There is a rumour of another terrible conflagration on the Potomac. King Leopold is very weak. Bank rate of discount five per cent. Consols 92|.
