[via SUEZ.] London, 3rd February. 5'20 p.tn. An insurrection has broken out in Poland, is wide spread, and is considered very seifous; the cause being the military conscription. The Duke of Sase-Coburg is a candidate •for the Greek Throne, and England is favorable. It is rumoured he has been elected King of Greece. There is a misunderstanding between England and Brazil; five Brazilian vessels have been seized. In America the Federals have been defeated at Vicksburgh. The Confederates have also captured Galveston, and the Federals have lost several ships.
