The barque Constance took her departure for Callao on Wednesday night last, the pilot leaving her at about half-past one on Thursday morning. In consequence of the crew refusing to work, a number of volunteers from shore went aboard to heave (he anchor and set sails. On reaching the vessel, the captain called the men aft singly, desiring them to return to their duty, with which all complied, with the exception of three, who lind previously been confined in gaol for desertion, and they were thereupon put in irons.'' A breeze springing up at about 11 p.m., the ship was got under weigh, and after several tacks, got clear of (he Pania rock, when the pilot left, and she proceeded on her voyage. She was seen next morning about seven o’clock, some six or seven miles from the Bluff. During her stay here Captain Reid made many friends, and we hope he and his ship may have a safe and speedy voyage. The brigantine Dart is on the berth for Sydney.
