To the Editor of the Haivke's Say Times. Sie, —If I may ask I will, —How does it happen that no English colours arc now hoisted at Gore Browne Barracks ? I am pretty sure there has been none hoisted there for this new rear of 1863.
Is it owing to a new state of or to what ? I have heard various strange surmises. In the time of the jolly 65th, our glorious old colours were regularly hoisted every Sunday. Yours, &c., Enquires.
