Likewise, One and a half tons COALS Mr. Janisch has also been instructed to offer for sale immediately after the sale of the foregoing, the Cottage and Gaeden now occupied by Mr. Campbell, adjoining Mr. Triphook’s residence, as fenced (or with additional frontage if required, not exceeding 20 feet at 60s per foot.) The Cottage contains 4 rooms and passage with attic. The Garden is well planted with Fruit and other trees, and laid down in grass, and well fenced and otherwise improved. Also, The Office and Residence conjoined, now occupied by Mr. Triphook.
