(Before J. Curling JEsq., District Judge). Wednesday, Jan. 21st. Howard v. Woryan. Adjourned to next sittings. Maltby v. Taylor. Official administration of A. Allan. Judgment for £56 18s. including costs and interest. Stuart, Kinross <§• Co. v. Robotiom. Plaintiffs sued defendant for that at an Auction Sale held in the month of November, 1862, defendant became the purchaser of certain goods, which he bought of the plaintiffs pursuant to certain conditions of sale; but that the defendant would not accept the said goods or pay for the same, and that the same have been resold by the said plaintiff pursuant to the said conditions, whereby the said plaintiffs have sustained damages to the amount of ,£7l 16s. 7d. which they seek to recover from the defendant. This case was tried before a jury, who returned a verdict for the amount claimed and costs. We have not space for the evidence in this case. The other cases were withdrawn or settled out of Court.
