IN PURSUANCE of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of Now Zealand, intituled the “ The Regulations of Elections Act, 1858,” I, Robert Riddell, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Mohaka, DO HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that by virtue ot a Writ bearing date the sth day of December, 1862, issued under the hand of his Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the return of ONE qualified person to serve as a Member of the Provincial Council for the said Electoral District, and that the nomination of Candidateswill take place at Messrs. Richardson & Frame’s house, Mohaka, on Saturday, the 10th day of January, 1863, and (hat the poll (if necessary) will bo taken on Monday, the 12th day of January, 1863, and that I will declare the same at the close thereof, at Messrs. Richardson & Frame’s house, Mohaka. Dated this 24th day of December, 1862. R. RIDDELL, Returning Oificer. The following place is the POLLING PLACE for the Electoral District of Mohaka : Messrs.
