Province of Hawke's .Bay ntbrosaid. The case was fully proved, and the defendant having boon cautioned in the usual marine] - reserved his defence, and was committed for trial at the next, sittings of the 80promo (four! at Napier, lie entered into
his own recognizance of A2OO, and Messrs. H. S. Tiffen and M. Browne became sureties for his appearance in AIOO each.
