Engine and Boiler House, 30 feet by 11 feet Office ... ... 16 feet by 11 feet The Mill is fitted with 14 horse power high pressure horizontal Engine, with Tabular Boiler, three pairs of Stones, Smutting Machine, 2 Dressing Machines, Elevators for Corn and Meal, and every requisite for working economically. The Mill and Yard, having frontage of 74 feet to Battery Road by a depth of 2 chains, with available water frontage to the harbour, will comprise Lot No. 1.
