La>*d Sale. —A sale of pastoral land, situate in the Amuri District, took place in the Land-of-fice, on Saturday last, and realized the sum of £10,310. The purchasers were Mr. Duppa and iMr. Rutherford, but Mr. Duppa was by far the largest purchaser, as he paid into the treasury above 9,000. There was no competition for any of the lots.— Examiner.
