A member the other day gravely proposed that the Provincial Council should be removed to the Lunatic Asylum. He referred to an exchange of buildings, but the members, alive to the literal meaning of his proposal, were exceedingly amused at tiie proposition, the reasonableness of which, perhaps, some of them could not help perceiving.
