Mn. Danvers reports that, at his sale at Petano on Tuesday last, notwithstanding the severity of the weather, there was a very large attendance of buyers, and everything realized in proportion. The household goods, <fcc., were sold at full prices. A lot of sheep, consisting of 37 fullmouthed ewes, 10 wether hoggs, 10 ewes, hoggs, and 1 ram, 58 in all, realized 19s. 6d, r [> head. Cows averaged £7 7s. Gd. head. Steers, £6 155., and yearling stock £2 ss. Gd. ”■[> head. —In all exceedingly good prices, although the stock sale was carried on during the heavy rains of Tuesday, which in no way debarred the spirit of the bidding.
