Thursday, March 13. T. H. Fitz Gerald v. Farmer. This was an action for £3 9s. Id. rent and bread. Judgment confessed for the amount, and costs ss. Tuesday, March 18. Harvey y. Duval. T. Harvey occused defendant of haying used abusing language towards him, tending to excite him to commit a breach of the peace. Defendent reprimanded, and dismissed on paying costs, ss.
Lyon t. Irvine
An action for £B, being damages for a sow alleged to have been worried by defendent’s dog. Judgment for defendent, with costs, 21s.
