Applications will be received at this office from persons desirous to become bond Jide occupiers. .Should, however, the number of applications exceed the number of Sections to be selected from in the Reserve, or, if two or more persons are applicants for the same Section ; in such cases the right of selection sliall be determined by ballot on a date to bo hereafter notified.
