It shall be distinctly understood that in all cases the articles are to he of Hie best description • and should any bad or faulty articles be furnished by the contractor, no payment will ha made for the same, and tlup will have to take them back at their own expense, and supply a good article in their place; failing which, the I'rovincial Government may order them to be procured at the expense of the contractor wherever they can be obtain-,!.
