TTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the JL i Partnership for some time past earned on between us, the undersigned, John Alexander Smith and Vautier Lambe Machado Janisch, under the firm of John Alexander Smith & Co., at Napier, in the Province of Hawke’s Bay, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. The business will from henceforth be carried on by Vautier Lambe Machado Janisch only. All accounts against the said firm are to bo sent in to J. A. Smith, who is hereby authorized to discharge all debts and to receive all credits on account of the said co-partnership.
