/ Me. Danvees reports that, notwithstanding the unpronitloiis state of the weather, the attendance at his monthly I auction sale at Napier, on Tuesday last, was good, and hid--1 ding hnsk. The cattle offered were of a small breed. Cows i realized from £4 to £4 17s. 6d. Pine young bullocks, in good killing order, which the butchers allowed to pass ;thcm, were bought by a grazier at £5 10s. Steers realized .from £-ss. to £3 15s. Four young bulls fetched £2, ss. each.
