’ co^> Napier Building Society I -’W Wilson applied for a rule to quash an jorder made by tlie Justices of the Peace, pvhereby the Society was ordered to advance 'certain monies to Mr. Webb on certain Shares jheld by him. j Ride nisi granted, upon the terms of the jSociety entering into a Board for the payment of £SO Ousts in the event of the Pule being set aside. Woryan and others v. Charlton. Mr. Boorman applied for an order of reference to the Begistrar, to take the accounts between the parties under certain mortfnmo Beds. ° & . Mr. Alien appeared for the defendent, and consented to the order, which was accordingly made. The Court will sit again in Banco on Monday next 28th inst.
