SUPREME COURT. MIDDLE DISTRICT. Notice is hereby given that a sittingof the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Middle District, of New Zealand, for the despatch of Civil and Criminal Business, will bo holden at the Court-house, in the Provincial Government Buildings, Napier, on Tuesday, the Bth day of October next, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to proclamation : at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, Prosecutors, Witnesses, or Defendants, are required to give their attendance. The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Wednesday, the 2nd day of October, at 10 a.tn., or as soon thereafter as possible. ROBERT R.
