Seized by Spanish Insurgents (Received 29, 1.45 p.m.) PERPIGNAN, Dec. 29. The French destroyer Yauquelin resened the French freighter Yolande after seizure by ingurgent crn.isers for alieged carrying of arms. An examination of the -olande at Port Ven^res eonfirnis the ship's papers, declaring - that tho cargo congisted of tobaccci • and beans. An unconfirmed report" from Burgos says that the Government torpedo boat Menflep Nunez was sunk by a mine in the Mediterranean.
