(British Official Wireleas,) (Received 29, 12.30 p.m,) EUGBY, Dec. 28, For the first timo in the history of the, London Fire Brigade, a large canvas tank, designed for service in airraid precaution measures, was set up in the middle of Oxford street to provide extra pressurc for the hoses, with whjch 250 firemen for three hours fonght a fire at His Master's Voije Company 's premises. Thirty fire-engines were engaged in dealing witlx the outbreak. A Press Association cable states that a watchman was burnt to death and 230,000 worth of stock, including 80,000 records, gramophorjes, radio and teleyision sets, was destroyed by a fire which gptted the premises of His Mastcr 's Voice Company in Oxford Street,
